In my session, I covered how the volume management for Kubernetes evolved and then looked into Container Attached Storage (CAS) in detail. We can then look at different projects which provide CAS storage and saw the demo of Rook with Ceph. Following are the slides from the talk.
After my session, Nikhil introduced us to YugabyteDB and its design principles. He then covered how we can run it on Kubernetes and took us through a demo. Following are his slides:-
This time it was really a global meetup, we had participants join from different parts of India, the US, Canada, and other countries. We also had some great interactions. Lots of interesting questions were asked.
